This is where the heart of Apartment 11 beats: settle into the big sofa and let your eyes wander through the large panoramic window across Bärenkopf and Widderstein. The direct access to the roof terrace invites you outdoors — whether for a quiet film night, shared laughter or simply taking it all in: this living room gives you real holiday evenings with a true mountain feel.

Breakfast, a light bite and dinner come together effortlessly in the fully equipped kitchen: induction hob with oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, toaster, hand mixer, hand soap, washing-up liquid, tea towels and kitchen roll are all there waiting for you.
Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 welcomes you with a generous double bed (1.80 m), warm wooden tones and a wonderfully calm atmosphere. From the window you look out over the Rohrweg path and the green mountain meadows — in winter straight onto the ski slope — for a relaxed start to the day. A place where you breathe deeply, find calm and feel instantly at home.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 welcomes you with warm wood panelling and a particularly cosy atmosphere. From the window you look straight out at Bärenkopf and Widderstein — a view that makes every morning a little more special. The 1.60 m bed, a wardrobe, practical hanging space and a mirror ensure you feel completely at ease from day one.
Daylight bathroom
Bright and welcoming: daylight through the window, a shower and WC — towels, soap and toilet paper are all ready for you. A heated towel rail, towel rails and further hanging space, plus a hairdryer, mean you can freshen up without a second thought after hiking, skiing or a long summer's day, and feel right at home.
