Whether over your first coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening: on the generous balcony of Apartment 22 you'll enjoy our panorama that makes holiday dreams come true — from Hirschegg out to peaks such as Gehrenspitze, Kuhgehren, Elfer, Zwölfer, Widderstein and many other mountains of the Kleinwalsertal. Chairs, a table, a parasol and seat cushions are of course provided for you.

Entrance hall
First impressions count: the entrance hall preserves genuine Walser character with its original solid-wood plank floor dating from 1600, blending history with everyday practicality. Plenty of hanging space and storage for shoes, jackets and luggage — so you feel at home from day one.
Living room
This is where the day winds down: a generous corner sofa bed (pull-out), a Bluetooth speaker with radio, a 50-inch satellite TV with Netflix and a clothes rack — with direct access to the balcony for fresh air and far-reaching views. Every window in the generous glazed front opens up a breathtaking view across the Kleinwalsertal and over the peaks. Whether it's a film night after the slopes, games together or simply enjoying the mountain views — the living area is the cosy heart of your holiday.
Kitchen & dining area
Cooking, breakfast, sitting together: the fully equipped kitchen offers an induction hob with oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, toaster and hand mixer. Hand soap, washing-up liquid, tea towels and kitchen roll are all included — so you can shop in peace and get started straight away.
Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 is your personal feel-good spot, with a 1.80 m bed and a view that makes every morning special: as soon as you wake you look out over the mountains with Kemptner Kopf, Elfer and Zwölfer — and you take in this very view straight from the bed. Here the day begins with light, calm and genuine anticipation of the Kleinwalsertal.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 is a real favourite: warm wood panelling, two cosy 1.40 m beds and plenty of light create a snug atmosphere for arriving and breathing out. Through two windows and with direct access to the balcony, the view opens up over the mountains — from the Nebelhorn across Elfer and Zwölfer and far down into the valley. That's how waking up in the Kleinwalsertal feels every morning: a little like a postcard.
Daylight bathroom
Bright, welcoming and tidy: shower, WC, hairdryer — towels, toilet paper and soap are all included. After a day on the mountain or the ski slope you can freshen up here in peace, without giving a thought to the little things.
