General terms:

All bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

  • If you cancel within this period, 90% of the total price is payable

Exception: bookings made via Gondamaika.at, Kleinwalsertal.com, or by email/telephone

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
  • From 13 to 7 days before arrival, 70% of the total price is payable
  • From 6 days before arrival, and in the case of no-show or late arrival, 90% of the total price is payable

Unless stated otherwise, we follow the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie, AGBH).
