Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 09:00. Different times are possible on request.

In high season the minimum stay is usually 7 nights; in the low season shorter stays are also possible.

Yes — we are right on the ski slope "Skiweg Parsenn-Heuberg", piste no. 8.

Yes — outside you can store your skis, bikes and the like. Inside, the entrance area has heated boot racks as well as space to hang helmets, walking poles and similar gear.

No — our access road is very steep and in winter is usually passable only with snow chains and off-road vehicles. We pick you up on arrival day at the underground car park in the Walserhaus (about a 10-minute walk away) and bring you back on departure day. Your booking includes a parking space.

Yes, very gladly. We have a large garden with a fountain, a small mountain stream, a swing, a slide and seating with a wonderful view of the mountains. Make yourself at home all around.
